PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI PADA P.T SANVIN SUPERACKINDO TANGERANG
Abstrak
This study aims to determine whether workload, motivation affect employee productivity in the production department at PT. Sanvin Superackindo, as well as analyzing in depth which factors are the most dominant in influencing the productivity of production employees at PT. Sanvin Superackindo.From a population of 40 employees, all employees were sampled as respondents, using the saturated sample technique. Methods of data analysis using questionnaires and field studies (field research), namely by distributing questionnaires to employees of the production department at PT. Sanvin Superackindo, The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression.The results of this study prove that workload and motivation have a significant effect on employee productivity. Based on statistical data analysis using the SPSS version 23 statistical method for windows, the indicators are valid and the variables are reliable. The t-test of workload (X1) on productivity (Y) is 0.738, and work motivation (X2) is 0.44 with Standardized Coefficient Beta. The analysis shows that the workload variable (X1) on employee productivity (Y).
