<p>This study aims to analyze and find out whether facilities and services affect participant <br>satisfaction at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Balaraja branch in Citra Raya. The sample used <br>by the author in this study was 100 respondents. And the sample uses simple random <br>sampling technique. In this study, data analysis was carried out using SPSS Version 23. <br>While the data testing techniques carried out in this study were validity test, reliability <br>test, normality test, partial correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, multiple <br>regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test and test). F), the results of the study <br>using multiple regression analysis, both partially and simultaneously, have the effect of <br>the Facility (X1) and Service (X2) variables on participant satisfaction (Y) at BPJS <br>Ketenagakerjaan at the Balaraja branch in Citra Raya. The statement is obtained based <br>on the value of R2 (R Square) = 0.652 which means that the contribution of facilities <br>(X1) and services (X2) to participant satisfaction (Y) at BPJS Employment at the <br>Balaraja branch in Citra Raya is 65.2% while the remaining 34.8% is influenced by <br>other factors that are not researched by the author.</p>
