Abstrak

This study aims to analyze and find out whether facilities and services affect participant
satisfaction at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Balaraja branch in Citra Raya. The sample used
by the author in this study was 100 respondents. And the sample uses simple random
sampling technique. In this study, data analysis was carried out using SPSS Version 23.
While the data testing techniques carried out in this study were validity test, reliability
test, normality test, partial correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, multiple
regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test and test). F), the results of the study
using multiple regression analysis, both partially and simultaneously, have the effect of
the Facility (X1) and Service (X2) variables on participant satisfaction (Y) at BPJS
Ketenagakerjaan at the Balaraja branch in Citra Raya. The statement is obtained based
on the value of R2 (R Square) = 0.652 which means that the contribution of facilities
(X1) and services (X2) to participant satisfaction (Y) at BPJS Employment at the
Balaraja branch in Citra Raya is 65.2% while the remaining 34.8% is influenced by
other factors that are not researched by the author.
