HUBUNGAN PROFESIONALISME DAN KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI DENGAN PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI PADA PT. PANATA JAYA MANDIRI, TANGERANG
Abstrak
This study discusses the analysis of Professionalism Relation and Employee
Competence to Employee Performance PT. Panata Jaya Mandiri Tangerang. The
objective of this research is to know the level of professionalism relation and
employee competency to employee performance.
Based on the hypothesis test obtained tcount value of = 4.475 > t0.05 (59) =
2,000, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means have enough evidence
between variables Employee Professionalism (X1) With variable Work Achievement
Employees (Y) has a significant relationship. From result of hypothesis test of
variable of Employee Competence (X2) obtained by tcount = 5.403> t0,05 (59) =
2.000 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means have proof, that between
variable of Employee Competence (X2) With variable Employee Work Achievement
) there is a significant relationship. While the R Square value of 0.755 or 75.5% so
the relationship is very strong. Then it is proved that the result of ANOVA or Ftest
or Fctest test can be 89.317 where> from Ftable (60) 3,153, with significant level
0.000 <0,05, it can be said employee Professionalism variable (X1) and Employee
Competency variable (X2) collectively related to variable Employee Work
Achievement (Y) in PT. Panata Jaya Mandiri, Tangerang
