PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN VARNISH PADA PT. SATYAMITRA KEMAS LESTARI TBK
Abstrak
This study discusses Leadership Style and Motivation on the Performance of Varnish employees at PT. Satyamitra Kemas Lestari Tbk. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the level of Leadership Style and Motivation on the Performance of Varnish employees at PT. Satyamitra Kemas Lestari Tbk. This research was conducted in the Varnish section with a population of 57 respondents. Researchers used saturated sampling techniques, data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 26. Data testing was carried out by researchers using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, partial correlation analysis. coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). Based on the results of this study, it shows that the tcount value is 4,694 and significance (p) = 0.00. Where (p) = 0.00 < 0.05 (significant), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Which means there is an influence between Leadership Style (X1) on employee performance (Y) in the Varnish section at PT. Satyamitra Kemas Lestari Tbk. By calculating the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the value of the relationship between the variable Leadership Style and Employee Performance is 73.9%. The tcount value is 2.324 and significance (p) = 0.000. Where (p) = 0.000 < 0.05 (significant), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is an influence between motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) in the Varnish section at PT. Satyamitra Kemas Lestari Tbk. By calculating the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the value of the relationship between the variable motivation and employee performance is 65.5%. Fcount = 86.825 and significance (p) = 0.00. Where (p) = 0.00 < 0.05 (significant), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence between Leadership Style (X1) and Motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) in the Varnish section at PT. Satyamitra Kemas Lestari Tbk. By calculating the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the relationship between Leadership Style and Motivation variables on employee performance is 76.3%.
