PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PRODUKSI PACKING LIN-4 PADA PT. MAYORA INDAH Tbk Jatake 2
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Work Discipline and Motivation had on Work Productivity of employees in the production section of the packing line-4 at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk Jatake 2.
This research was conducted using primary data. The population in this study were all employees of the packing line-4 production division who were registered as permanent employees at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk Jatake 2, the sample taken was 43 respondents by distributing it to the employees of the production section of the packing line-4 at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk Jatake 2. The data analysis method used is the assumption test of validity, normality, reliability, partial correlation, multiple regression, t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test analysis, it can be seen that the work discipline variable (X1) has an effect on the work productivity variable (Y) with 0.490 while the value of the motivation variable (X2) is 0.410. As for the results of the f test, the variables of work discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) have an influence with a value of 44,525. The results of this study prove that the variables of work discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) together have a significant effect on the work productivity variable (Y). Then the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R Square), the work discipline variable (X1) and motivation (X2) have an influence of 64.5% on the work productivity variable (Y), while the remaining 35.5% is influenced by other factors that are not authors input in this study.
