Abstract

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and motivation on employee
productivity at the DC department admin department at PT. Indomarco Prismatama
Tangerang 1. The method used in this research is the method of explanation. Samples
taken as many as 45 respondents which is the sum of all employees in the admin. This
study uses statistical calculations with the help of SPSS 22.0. The results showed that
descriptively from employees of department admin department of DC in PT. Indomarco
Prismatama Tangerang 1 for incentives and motivation is in a fairly high category, so
it is for work productivity. The result of hypothesis test shows that simultaneously
incentive and motivation have positive and significant effect to work productivity of
employees, it means that the higher incentive and motivation given hence the higher
work productivity also employee.
