PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR ANGGOTA PASKIBRA DI SMAN 7 KAB.TANGERANG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2021/2022

Many factors affect the learning achievement of Paskibra members, there are 2 factors that affect the learning achievement of Paskibra members, namely: rewards and school facilities. In this study, the researchers only discussed "The Influence of Leadership Style and Motivation on Learning Achievement of PASKIBRA Members at SMA Negeri 7 Tangerang Regency, Academic Year 2021/2022". The method used is a descriptive quantitative method. Where is the data obtained from the results of the questionnaire which was distributed online to 60 respondents from PASKIBRA members at SMAN 7 Tangerang Regency. While secondary data is obtained from the literature that has a relationship with this problem and observation. The data were analyzed using multiple linear analysis formulas. The results showed that : 1) Based on the t- test table (partial), that significantly the Leadership Style variable (X1) has an influence on the Learning Achievement variable (Y) where the tcount is 2.770 with a significant value of 0.008 this proves that the Leadership Style variable is real effect on motivation with an influence value of 31.2%. 2) Based on the results of the t test, it is clear that the variable Motivation (X2) has an influence on Learning Achievement (Y) where the tcount value is 3.726 with a significant value of 0.000. This proves that Motivation has a significant effect on Learning Achievement, with an effect value of 41.9% . 3) If tested simultaneously, it can be seen that Fcount is 16.293 with a significant value of 0.000, so it can be concluded that the Leadership Style (X1) and Motivation (X2) variables simultaneously (simultaneously) affect the Learning Achievement variable (Y) with a value influence of 34.1% while the remaining 65.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
